For five nights a week this summer, the city enjoyed a free, 30-minute multimedia show presented against the backdrop of the iconic Parliament Buildings in Canada’s capital.
The Sound and Light Show on Parliament Hill – Northern Lights, takes you on an unforgettable audiovisual journey through Canada’s history. Colourful visuals are projected on the Centre Block’s Peace Tower, accompanied by an original score and stirring narration in English and French. The show presents inspiring Canadian stories that showcase the foundations of our nation, innovation, exploration, valour, and the pride and vision of a people.
This annual tradition is presented on evenings from Thursdays through Mondays (weather dependent); show start times at 9 pm in September.
