| Chef Resa Solomon-St. Lewis is the CEO & Executive Chef of her own catering business, Baccanalle, and is as passionate about cooking as she is about sharing her Caribbean culinary heritage. She is the host of her own cooking show on Rogers TV, the recipient of a Black History Ottawa Community Builder Award, and was recognised as one of the best woman-led food businesses in Canada by the Food Network of Canada. As the first resident chef of the 2025 season, she brings her creativity, enthusiasm, and talents to a three-course menu created collaboratively with NAC executive chef, Kenton Leier. Join them on January 9 for a five-course meal, each dish perfectly paired with a selection of Stem wines to complement the menu. Chefs Kenton Leier and Resa Solomon-St. Lewis will host the evening and speak on the ideas and inspirations behind this one-of-a-kind culinary experience. |
