The Underpass Busking Season:
The Downtown Rideau Business Improvement Area (DRBIA) tested a pilot busker program in 2012, the results of which lead us to conclude that we require the City of Ottawa to create a bylaw that was enable us to continue to offer a busker program. Regretfully, we do not anticipate that this bylaw will be implemented in time for our summer 2013 program.
