Councillor Fleury , the Chief, By-law and Regulatory Services for the City of Ottawa have approved the request for a Noise By-law exemption in relation to the following construction activity:
What: Borehole Drilling for LRT
Where: Rideau Street between Nicholas and Sussex
When : July 18, 2011 until July 22, 2011
overnight as required.
Exemption granted: Construction equipment,
not exceeding 90 dBA at a point of reception, 22:00 to 07:00.
